ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE CHANCE TO OWN THE SINGLE BY 'THE FAMILY' BEFORE THEY BECAME FAMILY. THIS IS THE ONLY COPY I HAVE AND IT IS RARE AS HEN'S TEETH!!!!! THIS IS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY TO OWN THIS ITEM, I HAVE NEVER SEEN IT TURN UP BEFORE.
A-SIDE IS 'SCENE THROUGH THE EYE OF A LENS'(J.WHITNEY/R.CHAPMAN), B-SIDE IS GYPSY WOMAN (J.WHITNEY/R.CHAPMAN). YEAR OF RELEASE IS 1967. CATALOGUE NUMBER IS LBF 15031. ON THE LIBERTY LABEL. A DUKE LODGE PRODUCTION. PRODUCED BY JIMMY MILLER.
WHAT IS EVEN RARER ABOUT THIS SINGLE IS THAT IT PLAYS THE PROPER B-SIDE AS LISTED. SOME COPIES HAVE SURFACED BEFORE BUT ARE MISPRESSED AND PLAY OTIS REDDING ON THE B-SIDE. NOT THIS ONE, PLAYS WHAT IT WAS INTENDED TO PLAY......I'VE NEVER SEEN ANOTHER COPY IN YEARS OF COLLECTING.
The time has come for me to cut down my collection and therefore, I am offering this EXTREMELY RARE SINGLE.
CONDITION:- The record has 3 marks on side 1 but they do not affect play. There are light scuff marks on both sides but the record is nice and clean for its age. Labels have small specks of white where the paper has been nicked but are generally in a nice condition for their age. Sleeve is an original Liberty generic sleeve which is creased and slightly torn looking at the top (this can always be replaced if you have another).
