This is an opportunity to bid for a good playing copy of one of the RAREST 60's Beat/pysch EPs by THE DOWNLINERS SECT !!!!!!!!!

Its called SECT SING SICK SONGS and features four really wierd, ghoulish examples of the Vincent Crane and the band's fabled sense of humour

The titles are I Want My Baby Back, Leader of the Pack, Midnight Hour and Now She's Dead billed on the cover as 'four brand new 'horror' songs' The text goes on to say 'we confidently expect this record to be banned by all and sundry'. However it wasn't banned, attracted very few buyers and sank without trace only to emerge forty years later as one of the most collectible EPs of the era !!!!!

This copy is in good to VERY GOOD - condition overall. The record has some light scuff marks on both sides but plays without SKIPPING, STICKING or JUMPING. There is some crackle especially on the opening track but the record plays very good overall. It has clean labels, only minimal spindle marks and retains all its orginal shine and is a VERY GOOD playing copy of this MEGA RARITY.

The cover has no major creases - only a few laminate creases along the top edge (see photo) and some lifting of the laminate along the top edge. The back is clean except for some discolouration along the dge of the top flip back. But overall a good example of a very rare item

GRADING SYSTEM

MINT: Brand new condition with NO marks and No worsening of sound quality. Cover and contents must be perfect.

EXCELLENT: The item has been played but there is minimal lessening in sound quality. Cover and contents have slight wear.

VERY GOOD: The record has been played and has some marks but little lessening in sound quality. Cover and contents show some wear.

GOOD:The record has been played and alot and sound quality has deteriorated noticeably. The cover and contents are damaged.
