TITLE/ARTIST: This hard to find, very 1st post-Buddy Holly released LP by the legendary 1950's-'60's R'n'R group (who were once Buddy Holly's famous backup singers), The Crickets, is from back in 1962, three (3) years after their leader's tragic plane crash death - and has 12 great songs by this legendary group. It is on the original, Liberty Label, and is in super good condition - the vinyl, the Liberty inner sleeve, and the jacket (but please see the pics above and read on). As already mentioned, the LP appears to be in super nice, almost "like new" condition - both the vinyl and the jacket. LABEL INFO: This original, Liberty Label (LRP-3272) is super clean and nice - I don't even see any spindle lines around the center circle, which indicates to me very little actual play - if any at all. VINYL INFO: The vinyl is also shiny, clean and nice with nothing in need of a mentioning either. To be honest, it appears to be about as nice as the day it was first purchased. JACKET INFO: Finally, the jacket is also clean and free of flaws. I see no issues or problems with this jacket at all. INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, in my opinion, this collectible LP is about as nice as used LP's can be, not to mention how difficult it is to find, so please have at it. As always, I have begun the auction at a low opening bid and have not listed it with any reserve price - just free and open bidding - so good luck!. In addition, I will continue to list many other RnR/R&B LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists----and even some C&W LPs/45's, too. I am selling off my entire personal collection, and there are 1000's of more records to list yet -- of all varieties and genres. These are U.S. rates only, and all foreign winners will have to await an email me for their exact costs, although I will send a detailed invoice as soon as the auction is over---but, there too, it is cheaper to send multiple pieces. The charges for overseas are $23.00 for the 1st LP and then just $4.00 per LP after that.
