Description

You are bidding on a fantastic condition copy of The Beatles 1963 EP Twist And Shout. This is an early pressing, indicated by the stampers on the run out grooves. The whole package is in excellent condition and plays fantastically. Please read on for a detailed description and check out the photos of the actual item you are bidding on.

The sleeve: Very clean Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve. All laminate is in perfect condition. The fold over flaps are perfect. The corners have no bumping. The side opening edges have virtually no wear. The unlaminated rear is very clean with a little ringwear creasing. There are no seam splits. Overall this is a great sleeve which i would grade Exc+

The stampers: Side 1: 3 GHG Side 2: 4 RHG

Tax code: KT stamped on both sides and embossed on Side 1

Matrix: -2N on Side 1, -1N on Side 2

The labels: Both side's labels are in superb condition with no damage and strong text. There is minimal spindle marks to both sides. I would grade both sides Exc+

The vinyl: Both sides retain their original high gloss sheen. There are virtually no marks. I would grade both sides as Exc+

The sound: Overall the sound is superb. Very clear with virtually no noise. There are no skips or jumps. This is a truly fantastic sounding record I would grade it NM

Overall this is a stunning example of an early press of The Beatles' Twist And Shout EP. I would grade the record overall as Exc+

The record will be posted in a strong record mailer with free insured postage in the UK.
