THE BEATLES RUBBER SOUL ST-2442 Stereo from 1965
Factory sealed original pressing with the 'Stereo Needle Damage' statement located on the rear cover (this text was deleted on re issues) It has the 'Stereo machines only' sticker on the rear cover which is very cool also! At the time (mid 60's) Mono players had brutal needles that damaged Stereo grooves very quickly.
This copy is a stellar beauty, with vivid color and bold text print on spine and rear.
No age yellowing or stains, No dirt or ring wear and the corners are nice and free of knocks. No creases or cut out holes. Full intact shrink-wrap with breathe holes and price sticker. Borders are pristine, and the paste down slick is perfectly centered. The only visual sign of imperfection is the short seam split along bottom edge(tight and nearly un noticeable. The Stereo copies from 65' are very collectible and scarcer than the Mono counterparts!
Such a simply Gorgeous first pressing still sealed! A fine addition to any Beatle collectors record collection!
