Description
Hi, my name is Brian and I have been collecting vinyl for many years.
I am not and have never been a 'dealer' by profession, but I have always given honest descriptions and lots of clear photo's of any items I have sold. I do know how disappointing it is when you open that package and the item has been over sold with expressions such as "AWESOME" etc when the item is only in EX- condition or worse. If you are in anyway disappointed with an item from me you are most welcome to return it with a FULL REFUND, providing it is an honest and just mistake by myself as I believe in my descriptions.
SO HERE WE GO.......
For sale here is --THE BEATLES--PLEASE, PLEASE ME-- UK ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING WITH ORIGINAL FIRST PRINT SLEEVE
MONO -PMC 1202, RELEASED 1963
SLEEVE.....NON-GATEFOLD and FRONT-LAMINATED. . It is in COLLECTABLE condition showing REASONABLE wear. It is very flat and square. The colours are very strong and vibrant . The bottom edge is VG+ with laminate cracks. The top edge is in better condition. The front is EX- with NO UNWANTED WRITING, NO STICKER TEARS, NO STICKERS AND NO STAINING and LIGHT SURFACE RUB, there is light laminate creasing around the edges. There is damage/wear to all four corners. The rear is in VG+ condition, a little discolouration from age and some deep creases to the flip backs, there are a couple of pen marks next to the letter 'G' of Georges name. NO RING WEAR. The opening edges are in very good condition with no tears and minimal feathering. The spine shows it's age with some laminate cracks and all information is fully ledgible. All in all this is in wonderful condition for a sleeve of this age, just wear to the edges and a little creasing. VG+
LABELS.....There is NO unwanted writing, staining, stickers, residue or tears. there are lots of spindle marks. VG+
VINYL....Both sides of this fantastic album still have a black shine. When you hold this album in the very brightest of lights you can see lots of very faint surface hair lines which are very light and caused by removal and replacement in and out of the inner sleeve, there are one or two more obvious marks . Both sides play WITHOUT JUMPS just a suprisingly small amount of gentle clicks. I have played this album on my very sensitive and revealing LINN SONDEK and the sound is UN-WORN, it is full and crisp there is NO loss of listening pleasure at all, There are dust crackles and the odd click that can be heard only in the quieter parts of the music or between tracks, but a professional clean could sort out some of that. This really is a great copy that any collector would be delighted to add to their collection, WELL PLAYED BUT STILL IN WELL ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION AND IS GRADED AS AN HONEST VG+ SOME 46 YEARS OLD NOW???!!!
ALTHOUGH THIS IS NOT THE BEST CONDITION IN THE WORLD IT IS STILL IN A VERY COLLECTABLE CONDITION AND SO VERY HARD TO FIND IN ANY CONDITION
DONT MISS THIS IT COULD BE YOUR ONE AND ONLY CHANCE.
