Title: The Beatles - Please Please Me - Gold Parlophone Label (First Pressing) Dick James Credits

CONDITION
The Sleeve: The front sleeve is laminated it has some corner damage from use. The opening has frayed slightly but over all it is in fantastic shape. It has the Angus Dean Photography credit in the bottom right corner.
The spine is straight and the title is readable.
The reverse is very clean it has not stained with age, the original owner has written 1963 in biro in the top left corner. The flip overs are in good condition the bottom left corner has a slight tear that is visible and the right corner has a small piece of cellotape stuck over it to protect a partial tear.
To be honest the sleeve is first class when you consider the age and rarity of this LP.
The sleeve has the Ernest j. Day & Co. Ltd printing credit.
Inner Sleeve: It is an Emitex sleeve and shows no signs of damage. We have removed the vinyl and placed it in a modern inner sleeve to help preserve the original.
The Vinyl: Side one has some light surface marks and some slightly bigger ones too, we have inspected it under a very bright light. It plays fine and has no significant issues.
Side two is in more or less the same condition with a few more lighter marks. Both sides are extremly clean and shine with quality.
Labels: Both the labels are bright and clean, there is some very slight spindle wear but nothing serious.
Overall: We grade this as EXCELLENT.
When you consider the age and rarity of this LP it is easy to appreciate just how well looked after it is, we have never seen one in this condition before, and we are happy to offer it for auction.

M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects
For your security we only accept payment via PayPal or through a postal order. We pack all our products carefully to ensure that they arrive in premium condition. When packing vinyl records we will include a plastic sleeve with your item as standard. We will then pack it between two specially designed stiff card envelope inserts then seal your item with a ‘fragile’ marked tape along the opening.
