We also provide new MFSL archival quality innersleeves and heavy-gauge 5 mil. clear outersleeves for the ultimate in vinyl preservation!

Every LP is play graded in it's entirety for absolute quality assurance! Additionally, we pack and ship ALL RECORDS very securely with the vinyl on the outside of the jacket and double bubble wrapped inside custom over-sized heavy-gauge shipping boxes, Because We Care! Sealed LP's will remain sealed!

Visual Grade Specifics:  Beautiful ultra-clean highly glossy wax! Light sleeve and surface marks - no feeler marks! Clean unworn and unmarked labels! GORGEOUS VINYL!

The referenced matrix are STAMPED on both sides in the trail-off/dead wax.

The Gatefold Jacket is graded: strong EX

Jacket Specifics: This is a Very Rare Factory PROMO! The jacket has minor rubbing wear and some cover blemishes on the bottom front panel - nice overall glossy condition! The title edge bottom corner has been mildly bumped and the top seam has a very short nicely repaired split next to the gate opening. Otherwise, the seams and title edge are solid with minor gate edge corner rubbing. The bottom back left corner has (66) hand written in small print - Please Review The Pictures.

As part of the same collection I acquired from my "Music Industry Client" this particular LP more than likely had actual airplay!

Visual inspection is performed with optimal 2 x 100 watt overhead lighting and 20/15 vision - no kidding!

Play grading is performed on a Numark Professional USB interfaced turntable with a Shure M97xE Audiophile cartridge and finely-tuned pitch-perfect hearing! Being a rock, funk and fusion drummer I have very stringent standards and a keen ear for playback issues which are commonly overlooked with "the Goldmine standard" visual inspection.

Please Note: I will be listing some of the rarest, nicest and cleanest LP's I've ever had. Among these are SS still sealed, MFSL, Japanese, Dutch and German Audiophile, WLP DJ White Label Promo, Nautilus, Direct and Super Disk, TAS listed, Mastersound, Masterdisk, Bell Sound, RL Ludwig and other True 1st Pressings! Lots of OOP-Out of print LP's, and many that are just extremely RARE!

~ Some noteworthy information on the importance and value of play-grading ~

All of the vinyl records I sell are visually graded AND play graded in their entirety. The reason being is that some major record labels were pressed on better quality vinyl and will naturally sound better than a record which was pressed on a budget label using inferior or lower quality vinyl. The point is that a vinyl record pressed on a high quality record label that was visually graded VG+ may in actuality sound better than a record pressed on a budget label that was visually graded Near Mint! Recording, engineering and pressing techniques also create variances in a vinyl record's audio or sonic quality. There may be defects in the vinyl pressing which are essentially invisible until the record is in motion on the turntable.

Identifying highly sought-after Original/1st pressings is another important quality factor. Original/1st pressings are very much akin to a 1st printing book. A good analogy is that a 1st printing book has clean fresh printing plates thus crisper/sharper text than a later printing using the same worn printing plates. Additionally, there are some notorious original/1st pressings on major labels which have very poor sound quality, but I don't want to point fingers (Atlantic, Cotillion, London).
