Vinyl- Excellent+

 

Vinyl has a lovely original sheen with just one visible hairline across tracks 6 & 7 on Side 1. Otherwise just a few very fine sleeve removal lines.

 

Audio - Excellent

 

Audio is clean, bright and distortion free. Some light background noise/crackle throughout more obvious to run in/run off and between tracks. 

 

Labels– Excellent

 

Labels have a little light mottling and some spindle trails. "Factory Sample Not For sale" sticker on Side 2 label. Rim text starts "the Gramophone company.." Has the "Sold in the UK…" text across the centre and KT stamps to Side 2.

 

Sleeve– Excellent+

 

The Garrod & Lofthouse 'patents pending' sleeve is also in fantastic condition. The Stereo on the front cover is in outline block lettering. There is the most minimal stoarge wear to bottom corners and tiny little area of laminate lift to bottom edge. Otherwise just one thumbnail crease to front cover which has light age discolouration. The rear cover is bright and clean, flipbacks are near mint. Spine is clean and readable.

 

Inner Sleeve– Excellent+

 

The inner sleeve is in beautiful condition with just very light creasing and a light age discolouration, a very small tear to centre hole.

 

 

OVERALL, A LOVELY MONO UK 1ST PRESSING
