Description
The Beatles, "Beatles for Sale", 1964, STEREO
The record is on Parlophone Records, STEREO. PCS 3062. Yellow and Black/ Silver text labels, 1st pressing 1964 original with "The Parlophone Co. Ltd", "Recording first published 1964" and "Sold in the U.K...." label text
Side 1, YEX 142-1, 4/AA, "MT" tax code to spindle hole, the "2" in 142 has been over stamped which looks like a "3" and "2" were previously
Side 2, YEX 143-1, 5/AG
The record is in NM condition, perhaps a few extremely light wispy sleeve removals can be seen when tilted in strong light which do not effect the sound. Lovely Clean playing surfaces, when held at arms length in daylight it retains a great original pressing sheen, Great STEREO Sound, superb AUDIO, with vibrant sound for the songs (I had to prevent myself from singing along), quiet in between tracks with some very light background, no skips, jumps or sticking.
The labels are EX+, extremely clean, no writing, and a few light spindle marks. nothing obvious when looked at head on.
The front and rear laminated, internal fliback gatefold sleeve with "outlined" STEREO and PCS 3062 to interior, Made and Printed in Great Britain (see Photographs), is in EX+ Condition, very minimal storage wear, no splits to vibrant laminated cover, lovely clean spine, lovely clean rear, slight record impression lower, no writing, great flip backs, "pinched" corners to spine ends, nice and clean.
Inner Emitex poly-lined sleeve is in NM, nice whiteness, no writing, no splits
