Vinyl : VERY GOOD The vinyl is glossy & bright. There are marks but none of these are heavy, both sides play through with no skips or jumps. The labels are bold bright & completely clean. Sleeve : VERY GOOD The gatefold sleeve is bright with vibrant images & sharp text. There is edge / corner wear with some discolouration. The whole sleeve is complete.
Further Information : A similar release exists which has "STEREO" printed slightly more to the right on both labels and has got a tax code embossed on side 1: [r8524587]. Released in a gatefold sleeve that opens from the inside and with horizontal flipbacks in the centre spread. First pressing. Black/yellow labels with silver lettering. “The Parlophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print. “Recording first published 1964″ and “Sold in U.K. subject…” text. This is for original pressings only with track A7 titled as just "Kansas City" (Lieber-Stoller) Later pressings had to be retitled for legal reasons. The original LP sleeve and the label listed the song as "Kansas City" (Lieber-Stoller). After the attorneys for Venice Music complained, the record label was revised to read: "Medley: (a) Kansas City (Leiber/Stoller) (P)1964 Macmelodies Ltd./KPM. (b) Hey, Hey, Hey, Hey (Penniman) Venice Mus. Ltd. (P)1964."
