the beatles album abbey road original pressing of egypt...

ultra unique rarity & impossible to find pressing ...

descrption & facts..

egypt made records from 1958 until 1977 in limited quantaties with very few labels

 non -arabic records they came mostly on singles ,albums pressings were rare,

parlophone records existed in egypt from late 1967 until 1973 as a part of four EMI

labels only pressed in egypt at that time...

this album pressed almost everywhere on the beatles apple label ,but since apple

did not exist in egypt ,sono cairo choosed the logical alternative which it was

parlophone  ,they pressed the lp on a unique desgin of parlophone unlike

any other parlophone label  along with unique & funny mispelling of the credits

writting moc cartney instead of mccartney ,and harrisson instead of harrison!!!

and as for the music itself ,the lp came without her majesty.

the album came without picture sleeve as most of egypt non arabic albums came

without picture sleeve ..sometimes comes with sono cairo center hole jacket like

this lp i am offering here..

cover seam split with tear and crease..

record/ side one has light marks and light surface noise especially in soft parts..

i grade side one as very good [VG]

side two haslong line marks and minor scratches especially at the first two tracks

with light surface noise espcially in the first two tracks and soft parts..

i grade side two as very good [ VG]

overall ,cover is GOOD+ / record is very good [ VG]

in over 16 years of collecting records ,i  say that this lp is the only confirmed

existance of a beatles album pressed in egypt by far..

an ultra unique rarity and almost impossible to find lp
