The Beatles - 'Yesterday' E.P. GEP 8948

The Beatles 1966 UK 1st FACTORY SAMPLE DEMO pressing of the ’Yesterday' E.P. Released on the 4th March 1966, and complete with the original picture sleeve.

These initial early factory sample pressings would have usually been given out to reviewers, radio stations or used as quality control within the pressing plant.

Released on the Parlophone label both sides feature the 'Sold in UK....' text and have 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd....' rim print. The 'KT' tax code is embossed on the side 1 label. It comes complete with the original front laminated picture sleeve.

The matrix numbers are:

Side 1: 7TCE 894-1 1 L KT

Side 2: 7TCE 895-1 1 M KT

The vinyl is in VERY GOOD- condition.

Both labels are in EXCELLENT condition.

The sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition.

This will be very carefully packaged for transit. UK Recorded postage is: £2.55. EU Recorded Postage is: £9.20. Rest of the world recorded postage is: £11.95. Combined, reduced postage is available.
