Description
The Band Music From Big Pink Very First East Coast Jacksonville Issue with two very rare Stickers. Pink Hype Song Titles Sticker and even more rare Yellow "Cover by Bob Dylan Music By His Band" Sticker, which seemingly was used on the very early first pressings. The gatefold cover also indicates the very early pressing as it doesn't have the "B.D." Copyright Text, which appeared on the later pressings. The Near Mint Capitol Labels also show the very early release as they don't have "A Subsidiary of Capitol Industries, Inc." Rim Text, which is also appeared on the later pressings. It is almost impossible to find this issue of this album in a such combination. The Near Mint Minus Heavyweight Cardboard Gatefold Cover is still in the Original Factory Shrinkwrap, having only some very light scuffs at the top of the back cover under the shrinkwrap, typical of this issue. Wide Rigid Spine with an easy to read text. The Original Factory Shrinkwrap with the Original Factory Breathe Holes is very clean, having some very light small splits at the top and bottom, but is fully intact. (I am trying to be conservative regarding the grading) The Vinyl is in Excellent condition, having some light scuffs and hairlines, but nothing serious, with glossy beautiful luster. The Near Mint Minus Capitol SKAO 2955 labels don't show any spindle wear or scuffs. The album comes with the original white paper inner sleeve.
