Remember 1993/4?... ha, I do....eek! I'm trying to wrack my brains... did six singles chart in the top 40.?.I think so. Let me know if your memory is better than mine [I would be interested]... So, back in 1994 vinyl was very much on its arse. Most folks who bought this title have it on CD. But the audio is pretty mental - and a CD is never gonna do it justice. So track the LP down - you know it makes sense. This copy holds all the fundamentals for a 1994 1st press [Matrix A1/B1]. It's even got the promo sticker on the rear - and was probably bound for their promotional team. Nice shiny foil effect/embossed cover limited edition - very glam! We also have the original lyric inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex-) In very nice condition and hasn't been abused. There are a few light marks per side. Seemingly nothing heavy or troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly NEAR EXCELLENT level of playback with just a couple of deviations. By and large a bit of a banger!...Not quite clean enough to hit the highest gradings... but very pleasing and there's little to take major issue with. There's a couple of clicks and a solitary pop/jump in 'Middleman' [blink and you'll miss it....barely worth mentioning...fairly sure you don't actually lose any audio]. Pretty clean with just a bit of static in a couple of the quieter moments per side [e.g. intro to STAB]. Wow - this takes you back... Love it!
Cover (Vg+) Gotta love the LP cover on this title - at least you'll be able to find it in the dark! The surfaces front and rear are really nice without much scuffing or wear really. The interior looks great - no issues There's a bit of edge wear in places but nothing epic. The openings are still sharp. The spine looks good with a bit of wear at the edges. All text seems perfectly legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex+) Absolutely superb. No splits. perfect.
