This is one amazing item!
1959 cardboard poster for Johnny "Cool Daddy" Winter and his Crystaliers! Yes, this is THE Johnny Winter and YES, this is the earliest poster on him known to exist and YES, it really is from 1959 (look at how young he looks in the photos!)
Poster is 11 1/2" x 14" and was one of several copies that were literally given to garage salers who showed up at his parents home in Beaumont, Texas for a yard sale about ten years ago. This copy has a few tack holes and some water staining but is in decent condition otherwise.
Johnny Winter would take these around Beaumont and surrounding cities when he was playing at High Schools, bars etc and use them to announce where and when he was playing!
You will not find an earlier or cooler poster on Johnny Winter anywhere in the world! Bid like you really want to own it....or you will lose and I don't have another one to sell!

Your records will be mailed with plenty of cardboard around them in nice DEEP boxes with lots of packing peanuts etc. all around them for extra safety.
