This is one of those Saturn records that they sold at the front of the stage after concerts. I saw Sun Ra with the Arkestra two or three times in the late '70's at the Bluebird in Bloomington, Indiana and I bought this there. This was recorded in Philadelphia in 1978, so it would have been hot off the presses when I got it. The sound is quite good for a Saturn LP, but still below industry standard. The cover is a plain white cover with a silver disc glued to the middle that I suppose is meant to be the mirror in the title, but it really doesn't reflect much. The cover was scuffed a bit when I got it, and it still is. I just listened to the vinyl and it sounds quite good. The pressing is not up to industry standards, but the music is just what I remember hearing back in the day. I have been sitting on this and a few other Saturns, and it is time to let someone else have them. Enjoy!!
