All of our stock is obtained from UK Music Distributors and priced accordingly depending on the following: 

CD's & DVD's described 'AS NEW ': These items are either supplied in a CD jewel case, a Digipak if advertised as such or a DVD case. They are stock that were previously used for promotional photography for retail and online sale purposes. They are not sealed, the inlays and the discs may have been removed for photographing and then replaced. The CD's are brand new and have never been played. On a small number of the items there may be a cross or a hole punch through the barcode on the back. All of these items are therefore priced accordingly. 

CD's or DVD Combos in vinyl wallet described 'NEW':  These items are 'overstock' items that have not been inserted into a CD jewel case or DVD Case and are received from our stockist as such. They come in clear vinyl wallets with folded inlays ready for a jewel case. Please note that the back CD inlay may have been folded and will therefore show once inserted into a CD jewel case. The discs are brand new and have never been played. All of these items are therefore priced accordingly. 

Digipaks, CD's or DVD's described NEW & SEALED: These are brand new and sealed.

 Vinyl Albums described   NEW & SEALED:  These are brand new and sealed.

CD's and DVD's are shipped out in padded bubble lined purpose designed mailing bags.

 Delivery in the UK is free using Royal Mail 2nd Class Post - this normally takes 2 - 3 working days although in some circumstances Royal Mail may take longer.

Alternatively we can offer Royal Mail 1st Class signed for. Please select this option when checking out if you would prefer this method.

We will send you an email once your item has been dispatched together with the Tracking Number. This information will also be uploaded and can be found on your item information in the purchase history page.
