Thank you for shopping with t.d.maxx. We are committed to transparency, fairness, and maintaining the integrity of the eBay marketplace.

Before You Purchase

Please research the record and pressing carefully before purchasing or bidding. Vinyl records can have different pressings, variants, labels, jackets, inserts, mastering details, and matrix information.

If you have questions about the pressing, condition, catalog number, matrix/mastering information, jacket, labels, inserts, or anything else, please contact t.d.maxx before placing a bid or completing your purchase. We are happy to provide additional photos or a short video when possible.

To protect the integrity of the eBay platform, t.d.maxx does not honor cancellation requests for purchases, accepted offers, or auction wins.

• If you submit an offer and t.d.maxx accepts, that is a completed purchase.
• If you place a bid and are the winning bidder, that is a completed purchase.
• If you click “Buy It Now,” that is a completed purchase.

We believe in fairness both ways. If t.d.maxx accidentally lists an item below market value, we will not cancel your order to relist it at a higher price. We honor our commitments and expect the same in return.

Condition & Vinyl-Specific Information

Records sold by t.d.maxx are offered based on the condition described in each individual listing. We carefully inspect the actual record, jacket, labels, inserts, and other included materials when applicable.

For opened records that have never been played, the record has been visually inspected but has not been play-tested. A visual inspection cannot guarantee playback quality, and minor pressing imperfections that are not visible may exist.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, normal age-related wear, handling marks, sleeve wear, or other characteristics consistent with the record's age should be expected.
