Description
Up for sale is an original 1978 Rigid Digits SRD‑1 first pressing of Stiff Little Fingers’ debut single Suspect Device / Wasted Life, fully signed by the complete classic lineup:
• Jake Burns
• Henry Cluney
• Ali McMordie
• Jim Reilly
Autographs were obtained in person at Bristol Colston Hall on 29 May.
No formal certificate of authenticity, but the signatures match verified examples and were signed directly at the venue.
All signatures are bold, clear, and well‑preserved.
This is a high‑value punk collectible, highly sought after by fans of Irish punk, Belfast punk, and early UK punk. First‑press Rigid Digits copies are scarce on their own — a full‑band signed example from the Inflammable Material era is exceptionally rare.
The sleeve shows a small age‑related tear (see photos). This does not affect any of the autographs and is completely typical for a 45‑year‑old punk single. Vinyl is clean and plays well with light wear expected for its age.
A museum‑worthy piece of punk history and one of the most desirable SLF items you can own.
