Description

'Stay With The Hollies'

This copy of 'Stay with The Hollies' was released on the Parlophone label in 1964.

It is the Hollies first album release and it plays extremely well with hardly any pops or scratches.

Unfortunately, the album cover is slightly damaged at the opening with some creases and slight tears down the edges.

The inner sleeve also has a tear down each side, with each tear being about 4" long.

However, there are two things that make this album rather special:

Firstly, it is a 'Factory Sample - Not For Sale'
Please see Photo 4.

Secondly, it has been signed by all of the members of the group.
Namely: Graham Nash, Allan Clarke, Tony Hicks, Eric Haydock and Bobby Elliott.
Photos 5, 6 and 7 show all of the signatures.

The album was actually given, by them, to BBC presenter Valerie Singleton and was signed:

'To Val Thanks For Coming'.

It has remained in Val's collection since then.
