Description


Blue Note #BLP4057. First pressing of this 1961 LP from sax player Stanley Turrentine backed by The Three Sounds. Side one track one is billed as "Please Send Me Someone to Love" on label and cover. All subsequent pressings changed it to "I Want a Little Girl." There are deep groove labels and RVG and plastylite "ear" are in run-out area on the record. Side 1 is in VG condition with two visible scratches and six small marks on track one, which cause about 14 ticks. Side 2 is in nice VG+ condition. There is a promo rubber stamping on that label. Cover is in VG condition. There is a promo rubber stamping on the rear, tape mark on the rear and 1/2" splits in all four corners.
