Description

Sleeve: Triple Gatefold/Foldout sleeve has general wear especially to corners. But is not creased, torn, stained, written on or has any seam splits. There are 2 tiny areas in the inside corner where sticker removal has caused a small area of damage.
Comments
We will start with the Bad news so you are no illusions. The vinyl surface on both sides has a very large number of surface marks & generally it does not look good. There are also a number of scratches which can be seen &/or easily felt with the fingertip. However I have played large areas of this LP & the sound quality is remarkably good on my player - I have an old player that is not too sensitive. I did not hear any skips or annoying loud repetitive clicks. There is of course some light background noise especially on the quieter passages or tracks. Plus some ticks & crackles. But overall it plays much better than it looks. I did not play every groove of the LP but I did play all the areas where I identified a scratch. Then sample played the rest.
Tracks with the most obvious scratches are
Side 1: first half of track 1 & first half of track 4
Side 2: track 2 + one that extends from middle of track 2 to middle of track 4.
I would not normally advertise a record in Fair to Good condition. But, as it is such a sought after LP I have made an exception & I have started the bidding low to reflect this.
