Spring: Die Band aus Leicester mit großartigen Mellotron / Orgel Sound. Sie waren  wohl die Gruppe, bei der das Mellotron am stärksten zum Einsatz kam, 3 Bandmitglieder spielten es. Seltsamerweise wurde diese LP nur in geringen Stückzahlen verkauft, weshalb nur wenige Exemplare in Umlauf sind. Sie ist heute eine Ultra-Rarität und gehört mit zu den meistgesuchtesten Platten aus den frühen 70er Jahren ist, die zu sehr hohen Preisen verkauft werden.

Vinyl: “Very Good Plus“ Die LP ist noch in einem recht guten Zustand. Die Platte hat Oberflächenwischer, die vermutlich größtenteils durch das Rein und Rausziehen aus der Innenhülle entstanden sind. Einige leichte Oberflächenkratzer  sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Da sie aber von einem leichten Tonarm verursacht wurden, haben sie nur geringen Einfluss auf die Tonqualität. Nur sehr wenige vereinzelte milde Klicks sind wahrnehmbar. Leises knistern ist in der Einlaufrille, zwischen den Tracks und an manchen ruhigen Stellen hörbar. Auf Seite B befindet sich ein leichter Schatten, der auf die Pressung zurückzuführen ist. Ansonsten keine gröberen Kratzer.  Die LP wurde mit Kopfhören geprüft, über Lautsprecher sind die leisen Grundgeräusche viel geringer wahrnehmbar. Die Label sind sehr gut erhalten.                                                                Cover “Very Good“ Das sehr feste ausklappbare, matte Cover weist an den Rändern Abnutzungserscheinungen auf.  Am Coverrücken ist dadurch die Beschriftung nicht mehr leserlich. Auf der Frontseite rechts oben ist eine kleine Stelle durch Preisaufkleber, der sich nicht gut abziehen ließ beschädigt, auch sind einige Farbveränderungen am oberen Rand des Covers vorhanden. An der unteren Einschubseite wurde ein ca. 3cm langer Stelle von innen geklebt.  Die aber keine gröberen Risse oder stärker genickte Ecken vorhanden. Das Innere des Klappcovers ist noch gut erhalten.  (Siehe Fotos)

Spring: The band from Leicester with great mellotron / organ sound. They were probably the group, in which the Mellotron was played most of all, 3 band members played it. Oddly enough, this LP was sold only in small numbers, which is why only a few copies are in circulation. Today, it is an ultra-rarety and one of the most wanted records from the early 70s, sold at very high prices.

Vinyl: "Very Good Plus" The LP is still in pretty good shape. The record has surface “hairlines”  caused  probably mostly by the in- and out Pulling from the inner sleeve. Some light surface scratches are also available. But they were caused by a light tone arm, so they have little influence on the sound quality. Only very few occasionalmild clicks are heard. Faint crackling is heard in the lead-in groove between the tracks and at some quiet parts. On side B is a lighter shade, which is due to the pressing. Otherwise, no audible coarser scratches. The LP was tested with headphones, listening through loudspeakers, the quiet noise is much less noticeable. The labels are very well preserved.

Cover "Very Good" The very solid fold, matte cover shows on the edges some wear. On the spine of the cover, the inscription is therefore no longer legible. On the front page right above is a small spot is damaged, caused from a price stickers, that could not be pulled off well, also are some color changes at the top of the cover. At the bottom insert side, about 3cm long crack was glued on the inside. But there are no coarser cracks or large nicked corners. .The inside of the fold out cover
