Description
This is the original deep groove RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of Sonny Rollins “Newk’s Time” on the West 63rd labels of Blue Note BLP 4001. The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a beautiful luster and just a single inaudible scuff near the start of each side. The laminated West 63rd cover is in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout – with three small areas of wear on the bottom seam, at the opening; lightly bowed at the top and bottom. Personnel include Wynton Kelly, Doug Watkins, and Philly Joe Jones. $500.00.
