Description

Sonny Rollins on Blue Note 1542, an original mono pressing. Lexington address and deep grooves on both sides.  Thick flat edge pressing. RVG and "ear" are etched in the dead wax.   The vinyl is in VG+/VG condition. Side 1 has several scuffs and light marks. Excellent sound quality, I did not detect any noticeable background.                                                         Side 2 has numerous marks and scuffs, Second song has a 1" mark that can be lightly felt.                                                          Excellect sound quality on Side 2, but a light tick can be heard on the second song. (On my turntable) Beautiful, rich sound that only early Blue Notes seem to achieve.  The cover is in VG+ condition, corner bumps at the mouth, light seam flaking.  Tight seams and solid spine. Bright vibrant colors that still pop
