Description
This auction is for a copy of The Soft Machine- The Soft Machine LP released in 1968. This is the ORIGINAL US pressing of this album with moving clockwork parts on the cover and nude girl on the inside of the gatefold. This is the original on Probe Records, and the most desired version of this psych classic by collectors. I would grade the cover at a strong VG-lower VG+, exhibiting signs of wear throughout and slight ringwear on the back. The top of the jacket features a bit stronger wear and has seam splitting on the right corner about an inch or two long. The vinyl is VG with wear from being in the sleeve throughout and some stronger marks. There are no severe scratches though and visually it appears to be quite playable and fine.
