“Sing for Very Important People” by The Free Design (Project 3 PR 4006 SD)
What a wonderful record… It looks like a dream, thanks to local grammar school PS 190's art contest that landed Lizzie Baier's brilliant painting of a clown on the cover. He's got big fistfuls of magic lollipops for all of you. Of course, the music inside is just as sweet. Everybody's pretty up on the Free Design these days thanks to a bunch of very vocal fans in the US, UK & Japan. I won't spend too long describing this except to say that it's essential for anyone serious about their soft rock. This copy is super clean as well. “Bubbles,” “Daniel Dolphin,” “Kites are Fun,” “Children's Waltz…” you cannot lose!
Should appeal to fans of Roger Nichols & Small Circle of Friends, The Groop, Mutual Understanding, Left Banke, Soft Soul Transition, Butterscotch, Millennium, Robert Lester Folsom, Margo Guryan, Children of Prague, Hagood Hardy & the Montage, Salt Water Taffy, BJ Ward, Harmony Grass & other soft rock, sunshine pop, pop psych, harmony pop, etc.
Condition: Cover = EX (As close to perfect as it gets, save for a tiny invisible spot of sticker glue on the front cover)/Record = EX (Excellent pressing, no surface noise, play-graded both sides and it's absolutely clean, some sleeve scuffs visible that do not sound at all) I doubt this was ever played prior to my grading it.

Records graded cover/disc, strict and fully guaranteed or full refund (less postage). Payment accepted: Paypal, Western Union Bidpay or Money Order. Payment must be received in 14 days for domestic orders or 21 days for foreign orders, or I reserve the right to re-list the item.
PACKAGING/SHIPPING/POSTAGE: As I'm VERY careful about keeping LPs in their described condition, I ship all LPs in custom LP mailers and use filler pads. I pack the disc with the inner-sleeve placed behind cover (both in a plastic slipcover) to prevent seam splitting in transit.
Postage for 1-2 LPs within USA: Media Mail = $3.00 or Priority Postage = $6.50, each additional LP add $1.00 (per LP).
Insurance is optional, but any uninsured package is the Buyer's responsibility (At Your Own Risk) and I cannot refund lost or damaged packages. Insurance rates are as Follows: 0-$50.00 = $1.30; $50.01 - $100.00 = $2.20; $100.01 - $200.00 = $3.20; $200.01 and Higher = $4.20.
Foreign Postage Rates:
Airmail for Europe/UK = $11.00 for 1 LP, each additional LP add $3.00 (per LP). Surface mail Europe/UK = $5.50
Airmail for Japan/Australia/Asia = $12.00 for 1 LP, each additional LP add $3.00 (per LP). Surface mail 1 LP =$6.00.
Airmail Canada = $5.50 for 1 LP, each additional LP add $3.00 (per LP).
