Description

Sessions / The Beatles Excellent Bootleg Copy Of Unreleased LP. Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail.

This is a very clever, well-pressed reproduction of the proposed “Sessions” LP by the Beatles, which never saw the light of day and which was eventually superseded by the Anthology series.

While this is a bootleg, it is extremely well done, with a superb mock-up of the German Odeon label and great attention to detail throughout. The rear sleeve uses a different photo from the Revolver sessions and the outlay is meant to echo the rear sleeve of that album.

Sound quality is surprisingly good and nothing like the bootlegs of the 1970s, though some of the material is lo-fi. All in all, it’s a worthy addition to any Beatles’ fans collection as it is a first-class reproduction of what might have been - right down to the spine.
