Description


Original vinyl LP of Scratch Acid's debut album, "Scratch Acid." This was released by Rabid Cat Records in 1984. This band basically invented the Chicago / Touch and Go sound. If you like Big Black or Jesus Lizard, you need this record. Two members of Scratch Acid went on to form Rapeman with Steve Albini, and two members later went on to form the Jesus Lizard.
The jacket has writing on it and has tears on the spine. The vinyl plays clean. Comes with original lyric sheet/insert.
As an additional bonus, a very early Touch and Go Records ad/flyer is included (see picture). This is from the era when labels still made photo copies and did mail order through the postal service.
