One of the greats in improvisational jazz records out there. Deep and bluesy freeform jazz, that was quite an underground release at the time so very rare to find---originally released on Blue Note in 1964.
After leaving Miles Davis' quintet, he enlists the phenomenal drummer Tony Williams and Ron Carter. Highlights like "Beatrice" penned to his wife and the prodigious closer "Ellipsis" makes for one of Blue Note's best.

Released in a heavy textured card cover, in shrink. Top quality Blue Note early reissue, part of the EMI ’80s Global Reissue Programme released in France, EMI Pathé-Marconi that used the top quality DMM (direct metal mastering). "1965 Reedition de 1984" as stated on the back.


Cover has no issues, looks in excellent condition with just small signs of age to the opening edge. EX

Record has no issues, pristine condition. Barely played and playback is perfect. NM
