Rare euro disco 12" on the Canadian Boulevard label. The vinyl looks mostly unplayed and is a great copy of a really rare record.

Near Mint (NM) - Maybe played once or twice, kept in prestine shape
Excellent (EX) - Also considered VG++, just a paper scuff away or 2 from NM
Very Good Plus (VG+) - Light marks, possibly light clicks and light surface marks but no scratches, a great copy
Very Good (VG) - More marks and noise than VG+, possible scratches, but no skips, still a good play copy
Very Good Minus (VG-) = Lots of wear and possible noise with clicks and maybe some pops, but no skips
