Description
SXL 2042. Wide band & groove 1K/5E pressing. The rear of the sleeve does not have the blue border so I guess this is not the earliest pressing but it is does have "Original Recording" at 11 o'clock. There are several very light marks on the lp but only one mark on side 1 has 6 repeating ticks but otherwise the great Decca recording shines through. Side 2 has surface noise which can be tiring in the quiet passages but is fine in the louder passages. The sleeve has some creases & general wear but is for all that in good shape- the photos should clarify this. This is a good opportunity to own a very rare lp.
Free postage in the UK but £7.50 to the EU and £9.50 to the rest of the world with the Royal Mail International Signed For service which can be tracked and includes some insurance . Insurance would be an extra cost for UK, EU and rest of the world depending on the value of the lp.
