Record has a few light tics and the occasional light bit of crackle but for the vast majority plays crystal clear.

Unusually it comes in a plain sleeve with track listing insert. All the other examples I have found DO NOT have

this configuration.  Research suggests that less than 100 of these records were ever pressed.

Also there is no information written on the labels. Again this is highly unusual and this example may have been

a very early test pressing.
