GRADING:

All records are graded visually, unless otherwise noted. Grades are determined by examining the disc(s) and cover under intense light. If a disc is scratched, it is tested for playback issues. Any cuts, holes, or other marks imposed by the manufacturer (usually indicative of a promotional issue) will be detailed, but they are not considered as part of the letter grading process.

Autographs...I do not regularly deal in autographs, nor do I pretend to be an expert on the subject. However, I do occasionally acquire signed items from individuals I know and trust. Any autographed item I list has been sourced from a reputable dealer who (at minimum) has received verbal verification of provenance from the original owner.

SHIPPING:

All orders ship from California within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Taxes apply to in-state orders. I ship all items with brand new packing materials (nothing worn or flimsy).

RETURNS:

I believe that my quality standards are well in alignment with the collector/dealer community at large, but condition grading is subjective in any capacity. I will accept returns up to 14 days after an item is received. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please contact me (prior to leaving feedback) so we can make return arrangements.
