Description
This is a very rare first press copy of Phish's Farmhouse. I am the one and only private owner of this record..I purchased this for myself from a local record store known as Face the Music in Winona, MN. (They are now long gone) for my personal collection many years ago. Please note that this LP has not been touched by a needle! It is new but has been opened with a single clean slit in the plastic wrap on one side. The record has only been taken out of the sleeve once in its life to inspect it, very carefully, many years ago. I've stored this LP on an IKEA shelf which has been covered by a drop cloth to keep out UV rays. The LP is mint. The sleeve is near mint. I've included images of the corners and the opening in the sleeve for you to review. This is one of the most valuable pieces in my collection.
