What can i say about this?!?!
This really is as rare as they come & very sought after !!!
The condition is what makes it even more amazing because as i have already said the vinyl apart from
a very few & very light / feint surface marks which can be seen under strong light it really is in exceptional condition &
yes i would say near mint. The cover itself apart from the spine (please view pictures) i will say is a very good plus.
