In tandem with the lavish A&M Years: 1975-1984 box set, all eight of the albums Styx released with the label are being reissued as individual LPs.

Released in 1978, Pieces of Eight was the Chicago rockers’ eight full-length and one of  biggest commercial successes, eventually shifting more than three million copies in the US alone.

A concept album at heart, it nevertheless spawned a trio of hit singles in Sing for the Day, Blue Collar Man (Long Nights) and Renegade.
