Description

Mercury Records stereo SR 90232 with early dark maroon label disc, pressed in the US.  RFR-1 RFR-4 stampers.  Early jacket has laminated front and the back is printed in color.  Paul Paray conducts the Detroit Symphony Orchestra in music of Wagner.  Overture to Rienzi, Magic Fire Music, Overture to The Flying Dutchman, and excerpts from Die Meistersinger.  See pics for program details.

Disc NM, jacket VG++

A very common disc in later issues, but quite hard to find in early issues.  I think this is the first colorback jacket I have seen for this.
