ACTION JACKSON:
The soundtrack album (Lorimar Records 90886) contains songs performed by The Pointer Sisters, Madame X, Levert, Vanity, Sister Sledge, David Koz, Kareem, Skyy, and M. C. Jam and Pee Wee Jam.  One song was composed and performed by Herbie Hancock and Michael Kamen.   The album cover is in excellent condition, with a few smudges, one from a price label. The album appears unplayed and in mint condition.  

MUSIC FOR SOVIET FILMS (Shostakovich):
Melodiya/Angel Russian release has music from ZOYA and PIROGOV. Maksim Shostakovich conducting the Bolshoi Theater Orchestra and Chorus. Near-mint condition and shrink-wrapped!

THE MUSIC OF REPUBLIC:
Varese Sarabande release contains stunning re-recordings made from the original Republic music scores kept at BYU.  Subtitled “The Early Years -- 1937 - 1941,” this album, conducted by James King using Hollywood studio musicians, presents classic serial and B-western music like you’ve never heard it before, in breathtakingly authentic stereo recordings.  Included is “The Three Mesquiteers Suite,” “King Of The Royal Mounted,” “The Painted Stallion,” “The Border Legion," etc. Album is in excellent condition, and the cover is still shrink-wrapped.

L’ETOILE DU NORD (Philippe Sarde):
DRG Records SL 9512 contains music from four Sarde-scored pictures:  L’ETOILE DU NORD, LA VEUVE COUDERC, LE CHAT, and LE TRAIN. (cut-out).

GREAT WESTERN FILM THEMES, VOLUME THREE (BRITISH COMPILATION):
This UK release (United Artists UAS 29482) is from 1972, and is in mint condition.  One of the more enjoyable compilation LPs, it contains mostly original soundtrack recordings, as well as a couple of re-recordings that are well done.  Contains a wide range of diverse music from classic western composers like Elmer Bernstein, Ennio Morricone, Jerry Fielding, David Buttolph, Riz Ortolani, Marcello Giombini, etc., so it's NOT your usual scores from your usual suspects!
