REVIEW: Very Rare and highly sought-after 2LP set from 1970s Illinois metal band Sorcery. There are apparently some different versions of this 2LP set, so I will not make any claims as to 1st or 2nd pressing, but merely describe the details as I see them.

  The Century logos on the red labels are STICKERS. 

  The band name, album title, and copyright date on the spine are STICKERS.

  The copyright date on the bottom of the back cover is a STICKER.

  The front cover has a black border across the top that is 3/16" wide.

As for the album, it is an adventurous recording, and its use of sound effects and studio tricks is way ahead of its time. The cover art is truly spectacular, as well. There are multiple spelling errors throughout the packaging (the songs "Schizoid", and "Arachnid", and the town of Barrington) which may be indicative of the pressing. Features Kirk Bryk and Kieran Hoenig. Contains "Airborne" and "Last Good-Bye", in addition to the two songs mentioned earlier. It looks as though this set has been in storage and moved several times, but rarely played. In short, the cover shows more wear than the discs. The LPs play nicely, with a few pops or crackles (not NEAR MINT), but more than acceptable for its age. Feel free to contact me with any other questions.
