In true late Sixties fashion,Someones Band came together from an advert in Melody Maker and the line up of Cecil Jones (Vocals),Melvin Buckley (Guitar),John Coxen (Guitar), Terry Powney (Bass) and Woody Martin (Drums) were given a chance to record following a demo for Decca Records,who placed them on Deram.Just this one album was recorded,apparently in just a one night session...and obscurity breckoned...but that obscurity now has a price tag which increases every year for an original copy.
HERE NOW IS A VERY ORIGINAL COPY!
This was a Radio Luxembourg library copy that lived in Villa Louvigny the headquarters for the world's most influential radio station. This copy looks unplayed and in simply wonderful condition.We are now raising funds to launch a new global radio station D-LUX RADIO which will have the widest possible playlist and the hottest personality DJ team to hit the air since 208 the Station of the Stars.
