Beyonce Knowles, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams will kick off the Australian leg of their world tour at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on April 21.
They will then take in dates at the Sydney Superdome and Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena.
The tour will be the trio's first in more than three years, performing at 75 venues over five months in 16 countries.
"We can't wait to start connecting to our fans all over the world," Knowles said in a brief statement.
"We always said we'd come back together - it's more fun performing as a group. We're planning to make this our biggest and most spectacular tour to date!"
Knowles said Destiny's Child began planning the tour after completing their new album - Destiny Fulfilled.
The tour will include new material along with Destiny's Child hits Survivor and No, No, No.
Destiny's Child has sold more than 40 million albums worldwide.
The new album will be released on November 15 with tickets for the tour going on sale on November 22.
