SOFT MACHINE Bob Woolford Sound WYATT/HOPPER/RATLEDGE!
This item is a unique reel-to-reel tape consisting of original private recordings by Soft Machine's then recording engineer, Bob Woolford.
This tape was recorded in two track stereo at 7&1/2 IPS tape speed using NAB equalization.
Tape is in good condition and plays beautifully.
Tape brand is unknown.
The tape reel consists of three unique recordings and is 36 minutes in duration.
Track One is a "Spaced" tape loop work - 1969. (3:04)
Track Two is a unique mix of multiple "Spaced" tape loops made for a Mark Boyle film work - 1969. (14:53)
Personel on both recordings: Mike Ratledge, keyboards; Hugh Hopper, bass; Robert Wyatt, drums
Track Three is an except of Facelift recorded at Fairfield Halls, Croydon, UK - January 4th 1970. (18:15)

Physical ownership of this tape was personally transferred by Bob Woolford to yours truly twenty years ago.
This is a one in a lifetime opportunity to physically own this private tape recording.
