This is an official lyric sheet which was offered through the Smashing Pumpkins’ 1993 release of Siamese Dream. Presented inside the album was a unique opportunity to receive a replication of Billy Corgan’s hand-written lyric sheet – for just one dollar!  This is one of the most in demand Smashing Pumpkins items out there, and it has only been made for sale a few times.  The lyric sheet has some brown marks from storage around the edges, as well as basic light wear.  Scroll over the image and use the ENLARGE function to see it up close.
