From my personal collection, this is a rare 1980 Recommended Records UK pressing, purchased used in the late 1980s.  The vinyl is play-graded EX with just a little minor surface noise here and there in the quiet bits.  I played this in its entirety recently, and it was a fantastic listen.  The cover is also EX, with just some typical minor shelf wear and creasing. And the "LAST" sticker on one of the labels indicates this record was treated with an expensive boutique vinyl preservation treatment.  Did it really do any good?  I don't know, but based on how this sounds, it certainly didn't hurt...
