SIXTIES R&B BEAT 7"single ARTWOODS Deep Purple link

This auction is for the  extremely hard to find 7" single  by THE ARTWOODS with their key board player JON LORD(composer of the B side)  who would go on to join legendary rockers DEEP PURPLE.  This is the  ORIGINAL UK pressing from 1965 on the DECCA label  and comes in an original company sleeve.

TRACKS - Oh my love  b/w  Big city  DECCA  F 12091

SLEEVE - Company sleeve - EXCELLENT - no rips tears etc,  normal storage creasing for its age

DISC VISUAL - VERY GOOD  - clean paper labels except for catalogue stickers on A side, some spindle marks, still has  its shine but vinyl has some surface marks but none are deep and don't really affect play.

DISC AUDIO - EXCELLENT MINUS  - no skips or jumps, play with just the odd pop/crackle mainly in run on/off areas - plays well really. 

I PLAY ALL RECORDS PRIOR TO LISTING ON EBAY AND TRY TO GRADE USING RECORD COLLECTOR MAGAZINE GRADINGS.

Another one of those GREAT DECCA singles that according to the GUINNESS BOOK OF HIT SINGLES just didn't chart at all (not even on the radar!) so a very collectable, hard to find single in any condition. Great keyboard solo from Jon Lord in the middle of the B side too. Still in a presentable and playable condition this will definitely do as  until that elusive EX/MINT copy comes along and at a sensible starting price.   (I don't think Buyer will be disappointed).
