EMBOSSED FOLD OVER COVER HAS SOME LIGHT CREASING (NOT SURPRISING FOR SUCH DELICATE PAPER) BUT GRADES NEAR MINT. LP IS ALSO NEAR MINT AS IS THE INSERT.
