This is a lovely collector's item. A genuine signed promo box set of Simple Minds' acclaimed 1989 album, Street Fighting Years. It features some great songs, including Biko by Peter Gabriel and appearances from the amazing Lou Reed and Stewart Copeland of The Police.

The box is from an Irish radio station where a friend of mine used to work. I recall that it was meant to be used in a competition which was cancelled. The CD is completely mint. The box is excellent, with a slight wearing due to age (it's white and picks up dust). The 7" single is a great rarity - a one-sided UK promo issued only to DJs. Catalogue no. SMDJ-3. It comes in a plain black sleeve with the band's name stencilled in the upper left corner. The b-side is strange because although it's blank, there are still grooves cut. You can actually play it even though it's completely silent.

This is a genuine item - I am over three years with eBay and have 100% positive feedback. Besides, I have better things to do with my time than try and forge Jim Kerr's signature.
