Cover is in very good to fine condition - signature is crisp and clear!!
Dated 1985
Signature is sought after "generic" not TO: anyone!! 
Vinyl Album has a melt issue deformity but am selling "as is" 
I believe the album can be "repaired" by heating and pressing - I am just not qualified to do that!!
Other than that, the Vinyl album is in excellent condition - no scratches or gouges at all
The signature and cover are where the value lies!!!
